For couples with simple finances and short marriages who are already on the same page. This fast-track option finalizes your divorce quickly, cleanly, and correctly—with professional guidance to ensure every detail is handled with care.
The Collaborative Path
For couples with shared property or assets who want fairness, dignity, and transparency. This process provides guided support for dividing finances and property respectfully, helping you separate smoothly without costly litigation or unnecessary drama.
The Co-Parenting Path
For parents committed to building a stable future for their children. This path blends financial guidance with a deep focus on parenting plans, custody, and co-parenting tools—helping families separate respectfully while keeping kids’ needs first.

Ideal For
Couples with a short-term marriage (<5 years), no shared real estate, and minimal combined assets ($250k). You’ve already agreed on the big picture and just need professional guidance to finalize the details and paperwork correctly.

This package requires both partners to affirm their commitment to an amicable process via our intake questionnaire. It is built on a foundation of mutual respect.

The Commitment to Cooperation
Like The Collaborative Path, this option requires both parents to commit fully to the mediation process — but the stakes are even higher when children are involved.
This package is not for parents who:
- Are seeking sole custody or have ‘all or nothing’ thinking
- Who view parenting time considerations as a punishment for the other parent, instead of what is practical for the family and what is “in the best interest of the children”
- View child support as a financial decision that can be negotiated.
It is for parents who want to build a realistic, sustainable parenting plan that prioritizes stability, respect, and their children’s well-being above all else.

- Specialized mediation for creating a comprehensive parenting plan, including custody schedules, decision-making responsibilities, holidays, and vacations.

- Assistance with financial documentation and preparation by a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).
- Professional support from a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) and Certified Divorce Lending
- Professional (CDLP) for housing and mortgage considerations.

The Guided Resolution
A high-support, structured process for complex situations where one partner is uncertain, resistant, or communication is strained.

- One spouse is ready to move forward while the other feels hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure.
- There is tension or mistrust, but both partners are willing to engage in good faith with professional guidance.
- Collaboration is possible — but only with added structure, accountability, and skilled facilitation.
This package is not for cases involving ongoing abuse, intimidation, or a “win at all costs” mindset.

The Guided Resolution provides the extra support, structure, and professional involvement needed to balance these differences, keep the process moving, and prevent derailment.

- Individual pre-mediation check-ins with each partner to prepare for joint sessions.
- Clear communication protocols, managed and enforced by the mediator, to reduce escalation.
- Direct coordination with your full professional team (CDFA, real estate, lending, etc.) to simplify decisions and reduce pressure points.
- Flexible pacing that allows space for processing while still keeping progress on track.
- A structured framework designed to prevent drift into litigation while maintaining fairness and respect.

The Amicability Clause
Our Commitment to a Fair Process
To protect the integrity of our process and ensure fairness for all clients, we have a clear policy on package selection. The Express Path, Collaborative Path, and Parenting Path are priced to reward cooperation. If a couple begins in one of these packages but the process is consistently stalled by one (or both) party’s refusal to communicate, participate in mediation sessions, act in good faith, provide documents, or engage respectfully, they will be required to upgrade to The Guided Resolution package to continue. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to manage the heightened conflict, and the process can move forward.
